Job Title: Senior Technical Coordinator

£55000-£63000 (depending on experience) + Company Car/Car Allowance + Excellent bonus scheme

The Senior Technical Coordinator role:

A premium national housebuilder that focuses on high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes in desirable locations has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join the team on private housing projects in the Oxfordshire region.

The Senior Technical Coordinator will have excellent attention to detail, a stable track record of employment and a proven track record of coordinating large house building projects through multiple phases.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a stable company with a strong pipeline of work and a company that also offers excellent opportunities for internal progression. You will be working with a friendly and collaborative team and candidates with either an Architectural or Engineering degree will be preferred.

To be considered for the Senior Technical Coordinator position:

• Housing background preferred
• Degree qualified in construction or similar field (desirable)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Engineer, Architectural Technician or Design/Technical Coordinator
