Senior Investment Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Advisory

Senior Director, Head of UK and European Real Estate Investor & Funds practice

Our client is a leading real estate investor and advisor that engages in both direct real estate private equity investments and real estate advisory. They are looking to hire a Senior Analyst / Associate in London to support M&A, portfolio restructuring, and acquisition advisory with top-tier partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and financially model potential real estate investments.
• Support transaction structuring, M&A, and portfolio advisory.
• Advise on portfolio optimization and asset repositioning.
• Prepare investment decision materials and advisory reports.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate transactions with partners.
• Manage strategic asset and risk management throughout transactions.
• Develop market research, marketing materials, and strategy presentations.
• Develop industry relationships and participate in high-profile initiatives.
• You will gain exposure to the entire deal cycle, from strategic planning to execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking or Big 4 consulting.
• Candidates with backgrounds in real estate advisory, assurance, or transaction services would be at an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
