Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with a background in managing SaaS environments, especially focused on Microsoft 365 and device management solutions.

This role is 100% remote.

About the Role:

You will help support and deliver key IT projects, maintaining and improving our internal network, systems, and security.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting office networks and resolving any issues with mobile device management (MDM).
• Designing a secure Microsoft 365 environment and automating laptop deployment using Microsoft tools like Autopilot and Intune.
• Maintaining knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and SaaS products.
• Offering innovative tech solutions, performing system upgrades, and handling third-level IT support.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a similar IT role, with strong networking skills (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of Windows; MacOS experience is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS, IaaS, and leading IT projects.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, and SSO migrations.
• Familiarity with automation tools and PowerShell scripting.
