Level 3 Early Years Practitioners – New Nursery Opening April 2025

£12.73 per hour 38 hours per week

Just like our children, we are growing! RAFAKidz started out as one of the chosen providers of nursery services to the RAF community. We are excited to announce that we have been invited to bring our expertise and touch of magic to a brand-new setting to provide high quality affordable childcare at RAF Wittering. The nursery is due to open in April and we are looking for additional Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join us.

RAFAKidz Benson is a bright and spacious setting for children from 3 months to 12 years. We provide a stimulating and happy learning environment, along with a wraparound school care club and holiday club for primary school aged children. Open five days a week from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, our dedicated staff lead a variety of exciting adult-led activities while also promoting child-initiated play. We make sure to keep parents updated on their child’s progress through our wonderful app, and provide healthy, nutritious meals each day to support their well-being and development.

About the role

As a qualified practitioner, you will be fully involved in planning fun, educational and stimulating activities within the scope of EYFS learning outcomes, along with maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements. You will have key worker responsibilities for a group of children and work closely with the nursery management team and SEND Lead to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities.
