We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence, foster strong leadership partnerships, and champion people strategies within our organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with leaders to shape and implement a people strategy aligned with business objectives
• Leading key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to succession planning.
• Overseeing Employee Relations cases and ensuring compliance with employment law
• Coaching and empowering managers to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Driving engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture; supporting health, safety, and well-being initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a dynamic environment
• Experience managing complex ER cases and collaborating with unions (if applicable)
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
