Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Our company is looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with cleaning requests;
2. Support a team of cleaning operatives to achieve the services levels;
3. Build and maintain relationships with the cleaning team and clients;
4. Follow on site security procedures and policies at all times;
5. Audit and complete regular checks on site;
6. Complete monthly and yearly carpet and spring cleaning;
7. Assist management in the recruitment and vetting process of cleaning team;
8. Manage stock levels.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience of working within a commercial FM environment;
2. Strong customer service focus;
3. Full UK driving licence is essential;
4. Good health and safety awareness and knowledge;
5. High levels of communication;
6. Proficient in all aspects of MS Office;
7. A minimum of 5 years commercial cleaning experience;
8. Previous experience of supervising a team of cleaning staff;
9. Key holder responsibilities;
10. Happy working in a client-facing environment on a multi-site contract;
11. An understanding of running and managing multiple sites.
