Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! Are you a passionate and motivated Secondary ECT Teacher looking for your first teaching opportunity in Lancaster? An OFSTED 'Good' mainstream secondary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECT Teacher for a full-time, long-term role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. The Role:

Start Date: April
Pay Rate: £130 - £190

1. Teach engaging and interactive Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
2. Develop your teaching skills with the support of an experienced and nurturing school.
3. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students.
4. Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress to support academic achievement.

The Ideal ECT Teacher Will:

1. Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
2. Be eager to develop and refine their teaching practice in a collaborative and supportive setting.
3. Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to creating an engaging learning experience for all students.
4. Show excellent classroom management and a willingness to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Requirements to Apply:

1. Hold QTS status or be on track to achieve it.
2. Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
3. A CV covering employment history from secondary school to the present.
