Are you an ambitious and passionate ECT Maths Teacher looking to kick-start your teaching career? Your Role as an ECT Maths Teacher:

1. Deliver High-Quality Lessons - Create engaging, interactive, and thought-provoking maths lessons that cater to a range of learning styles.
2. Build Student Confidence - Support students in developing their mathematical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
3. Inspire a Love for Maths - Use innovative teaching methods to show students how maths applies to real-world scenarios.
4. Work Within a Supportive Team - Collaborate with experienced educators who will mentor and guide you through your ECT years.
5. Monitor Progress & Achievements - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them excel.

1. A passionate and committed ECT Maths Teacher with a drive for excellence.
2. A recognised teaching qualification with QTS or equivalent.
3. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make maths exciting and accessible.
