Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Flourish Education, you will be expected to deliver exciting lessons to match the school's teaching and learning strategies, work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met, provide feedback to pupils in line with the school's policy, communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents, and set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom.
Before the Summer, you will also have the opportunity to experience a range of schools and go in and support children as a Teaching Assistant until you gain your qualification ready for an ECT role in September 2025.
We can offer you a variety of work in various schools, teaching across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2), giving you valuable and a wide range of experiences. We can even help find you a school to support your ECT.
