Contract: Permanent

Shift pattern: Full Time

Hours: 37.5

Location: Nottingham - 5 days in the Office

About the Role

The eCommerce trading assistant plays a key role in the eCommerce team, supporting the day-to-day trading of specific categories and how they show up on boots.com, to achieve aggressive growth targets. The current eCommerce trading assistant role is part of the Boots.com Dropship team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand the drivers and growth opportunities within dropship, the market, and the immediate road map.
  2. Support with landing the dropship plan, communicate with existing and new suppliers to collate product information and work cross-functionally within Boots.com to brief in assets for launch and nominations for key events.
  3. New product set up, process new line information within the Boots hub, and work with the Boots.com product set up team to launch NPD at a fast pace.
  4. Support with reporting to track dropship sales and supplier KPI's.
  5. Order management, tracking out of stocks, cancelled orders, and late deliveries and hold suppliers to account on meeting our SLA's.
A bit about you
  1. Digital experience working in an eCommerce role or able to demonstrate an active interest in eCommerce.
  2. Stakeholder management - confident engaging with peers and third parties (e.g. product suppliers).
  3. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  4. Adaptable and flexible to changes.
  5. Keen eye for detail.
