Join a dynamic team at an innovative retailer, where you will play a key role in enhancing the digital experience for customers. As an eCommerce Senior Client Executive, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional client activations on digital platforms. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, manage client relationships, and contribute to the success of loyalty programs. With a focus on personal development and a culture that encourages taking risks, this position is perfect for those looking to make a significant impact in the retail industry.
We’d all like amazing work to do, and real work-life balance. That’s waiting for you at Sainsbury’s. Everything our Nectar team does is powered and fuelled by data — and by great relationships with some of the UK’s favourite brands. The Nectar 360 team focuses on developing loyalty programmes, turning amazing data into something that makes a difference, traditional media and digital. It’s like an agency-within-a-retailer, and retail media is crucial. The culture might not be what you expect either, because there’s no set-up quite like this one. The team is a real priority because it’s connected to everything the business does and drives profitability. It’s where you can take risks, learn from them and be recognised.
In a nutshell
You will be working in one of the fastest growing and dynamic areas of Sainsbury’s and supporting us in delivering an exceptional digital experience for all our customers on Sainsbury’s Online.
You will work collaboratively with Sainsbury’s and Nectar360 teams to execute customer-centric activity for our clients across Sainsbury’s Digital platforms and deliver our shared commercial business plans. You will be responsible for your share of online client revenue; the exact value will be dependent on your alignment to a Food Commercial Business Unit.
You will provide support to the Senior eCommerce Client Manager and eCommerce Client Manager.
