A well-established Fashion Supplier is recruiting for an experienced online sales professional who will have account management responsibilities for Amazon, their key strategic customer in the European, Middle East, and Africa Markets.

You will be part of a dynamic and social E-Commerce team and work with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Customer Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in Amazon or Marketplace. You should feel comfortable with numbers and look forward to unlocking business relationships and delivering best-in-class digital shelf. Graduates welcome

Role
  • Identifying and supporting retailer KPIs to unlock growth partnerships with our customers.
  • Able to support your manager in building long-term JBPs to plan for and unlock sustainable growth.
  • Monitor stock in trade alongside providing demand forecasts to the brand's procurement teams.
  • Launch NPD and products on time and set up promotional and market plans.
  • Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences of the consumer on retailer websites.
  • Share brand knowledge with the retailer to pitch and launch additional assortment and marketing opportunities.
  • Work with marketing and content teams to deliver on-time brand and product launches.
  • Create a joined-up promotional plan to win rank and relevancy during key retailer events.
  • Support your manager to build and negotiate commercial agreements and marketing placements.
  • Able to analyze business performance and make suggestions to deliver opportunity or offset risk.
  • Willingness for business travel to meet with the customer face-to-face.
Experience
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce product flow and web store performance optimization.
  • Experience analyzing EPOS and market data and assisting with budgeting, cost estimating, managing, and optimizing online marketing tactics with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate ROI.
  • Understands or has had access to P&L or financial KPIs.
  • Can evidence data-driven decision making.
  • Strong Excel capabilities.
