Peter Augustus Craft Butcher is owned by Stanbroke Beef, a vertically integrated company with cattle farms, feedlot, and meat processing. We are passionate about the beef we produce and need likeminded people to help sell our products to the public. We produce five categories of beef which include Wagyu, Angus, Grass Fed, Grain Fed and Organic. These are all the highest quality which make selling them an easy task. We also team with other likeminded suppliers to source other quality items like Ryukyu Pork, Southeast Qld lambs and free-range chicken.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Ecommerce Operations All-Rounder to support the day-to-day running of our national online store. This is a varied role where no two days are the same – from scheduling production and managing stock to supporting our online customers and working closely with our logistics partners, you'll be at the heart of our growing ecommerce operations.

What You’ll Do

1. Be the first point of contact for online customer enquiries – delivering a premium experience
2. Schedule production to align with ecommerce order timelines.
3. Work closely with suppliers and distributors to manage inventory and logistics.
4. Coordinate with our distribution network to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
5. Assist with product listings, order processing, and shipping support.
6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to roll out campaigns and system improvements.
7. Support various day-to-day functions – it’s a hands-on, all-in role.

What You’ll Bring

1. Experience in ecommerce, logistics, or production coordination (or a mix).
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent organisational ability and a proactive mindset.
4. Comfortable using online systems – Shopify experience is a plus.
5. Experience working with distributors and/or FMCG logistics highly regarded.
6. Meat industry experience is helpful, but not essential.
