Job title: Ecommerce Executive

Are you an experienced Ecommerce Executive looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting on behalf of a growing business that's investing heavily in its digital strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of ecommerce performance, drive online sales, and optimise the customer journey.

About the role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the ecommerce platform, enhancing UX and conversion rates, and overseeing digital campaigns. You'll work with external agencies, analyse key performance metrics, and implement strategies to maximise revenue.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimise the ecommerce platform to improve sales performance.
2. Develop and execute strategies to increase average order values and conversions.
3. Oversee digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and paid social.
4. Work with external agencies and internal teams to drive digital success.
5. Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights.
6. Maintain and update the online product catalogue.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
2. Strong experience with ecommerce CMS (Magento/Adobe Commerce preferred).
3. A data-driven approach to improving conversion rates and sales.
4. Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
5. Strong commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. WordPress and Amazon Seller Central experience (desirable).
