eCommerce Coordinator

Our Client has a great opportunity for an eCommerce Coordinator to join a well-known and established brand. Based at our office in Victoria, Central London, working as part of a growing team and reporting to the eCommerce Trading Manager, you’ll enjoy a busy, rewarding, and fulfilling role with responsibility and involvement in helping grow the iconic British brand. This is an exciting time to join our eCommerce team.

Role Responsibilities

1. Managing all content for multiple brands across 1 website within Magento
2. Briefing and building customer emails alongside the design team
3. Managing and compiling product data for third parties on a weekly basis
4. Completing weekly reports on email and website performance
5. Completing monthly board reports on website performance
6. Managing customer enquiries regarding products online
7. Analysing performance daily in Google Analytics

Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 1 year experience in content or working within an ecommerce team
2. Magento experience is preferable
3. Experience with Google Analytics
4. Email Marketing experience is preferable
