FARFETCH PLATFORM SOLUTIONS Founded in 2015, FARFETCH Platform Solutions (FPS) is the B2B technology platform that builds e-commerce solutions and retail technology for luxury brands and retailers. Ranging from Product, to Commercial, to Client Services to Marketing, we’re the B2B side of FARFETCH building white label websites, apps, and retail technology for our clients which include Harrods, Chanel, Neiman Marcus Group, and many more. THE ROLE
As part of the FPS Client Services team, you will work with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and Ecommerce Manager to provide best-in-class e-commerce strategy to deliver brand and business growth for your clients in a collaborative working environment. The role is perfect for someone who can speak Italian and has 2+ years of industry experience who wants to develop cross-discipline skills across e-commerce, marketing, and technology ecosystems within the digital luxury industries. To be successful in this role, applicants must be able to toggle between strategic and operational points of view as they build and execute client initiatives across varying e-commerce subject matters.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- A key, daily point of contact for a key, category-leading FPS clients in our Italian account portfolio, helping them to identify and formulate plans to drive business growth in a strategic manner.
- Work hand-in-hand with the digital marketing team to monitor and optimize performance of each marketing channel, driving opportunities for improvement across the FPS clients.
- Report on trade/commercial performance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Carry out regular pieces of analysis to help define and support the decision-making of FPS clients.
- Support FPS clients with forecasting and providing data and insights to support their buying and merchandising.
- Advise clients on pricing and markdown strategy, as well tactical recommendations around promotional activity.
- Advise on and prioritize client product roadmaps, and coordinate with the development teams to manage the output.
- Build and maintain outstanding client relationships through effective stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Lead regular meetings and client workshops to guide the strategic direction of projects.
- Create presentation material for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Work closely with the wider Operations, Production, and Tech teams to solve any issues in a timely fashion.
- Support in defining and building FPS' Italy Client Services strategy by identifying synergies between key Italian clients and developing strategic recommendations.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years experience in a consulting, retail, or e-commerce role ideally with client-facing experience.
- Proficient level of/Fluency in Italian language.
- Commercially focused and driven with the ability to work towards metrics and targets, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
- An eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge across e-commerce and luxury industries.
- Highly confident working with numbers and reporting.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management and creative problem-solving skills.
- A keen interest and understanding of fashion and luxury in a retail environment.
