The Role:

• Lead and manage ecological surveys, impact assessments, and technical reports
• Provide expert guidance on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and protected species, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Oversee projects from start to finish while mentoring junior team members

The Person:

• Degree in Ecology or related field
• UK ecological consultancy experience with protected species expertise
• London-based with remote working flexibility
