Ecologist - Flexible, 4-Day Week

Location: Midlands (Remote) | Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

This is a rare opportunity to join a small and developing Ecological Consultancy offering a 4-day (30-hour) workweek with a full-time salary, flexible remote working, and a strong focus on professional development. Working across the Midlands, you'll be part of a small, expert team delivering high-quality ecological services, from habitat and protected species surveys to BNG assessments and EcIAs. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop your skills while working on diverse projects.

Ideal for ecologists with a solid foundation in UK Hab surveys, protected species work, and BNG assessments. A broad skillset and experience with QGIS or Coreo would be an advantage.
