Salary: £25,000 - £33,000

Pebble Recruitment are currently representing a well-established Environmental Consultancy who have been operating since 2005. They are actively seeking an ambitious Ecologist to join their new office based in Leeds. Our client has grown rapidly and now provides a variety of services to clients.

Position Overview
The successful Ecologist will work closely alongside the ecology team in and around Leeds, conducting protected species surveys. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Ecologist to join an employee-focused company that offers extensive career progression opportunities and exposure to a variety of projects across Yorkshire.

1. Undertaking protected species surveys
2. Producing technical reports (PEA and PRA reports, BNG reports, protected species reports, etc.)
3. Managing small-medium sized projects, with support from senior management

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience
• Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or a related field
• Hold a full UK driving license
• Chartered Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management (CIEEM) membership is desirable

Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary, ranging between £25,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
