Asbestos Removal Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to oversee asbestos removal projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing a team on-site. The role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise asbestos removal activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
2. Conduct risk assessments and ensure correct use of PPE and equipment.
3. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Maintain accurate site records and report daily activities.
5. Manage and train asbestos removal operatives, ensuring safe practices are followed.
6. Ensure proper disposal of asbestos waste.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in asbestos removal with supervisory experience.
2. Valid Asbestos Removal qualification - CAT 3.
3. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
4. Leadership and communication skills.
5. Full UK driving licence (preferred).
