This is a fantastic opportunity to join the South East's leading Architectural practices who provide specialist design services to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their studio in Brentwood.

To be successful in applying for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will need to have successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification with relevant experience as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice. The successful individual will need to be able to boast design flair and have proficiency in AutoCAD. It is essential that the individual has a UK Driver's license and a car, as well as experience in a relevant role within the residential sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

1. Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
2. Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
3. Experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant is advantageous
4. Good experience with AutoCAD software
5. Experience working on projects within the residential or commercial sectors
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills
8. Live locally to the Brentwood area
9. Full UK Driver's License and access to a car is essential
