To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager to oversee our hiring processes, employee welfare, and overall HR strategy.

The Role: As the HR and Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. This role requires a proactive, people-focused professional who can handle both strategic and operational HR functions, from recruitment to performance management and staff welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires.
  2. Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
  4. Monitor staff performance and support managers in conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
  5. Foster a positive work environment, ensuring employee well-being and engagement.
  6. Manage staff training and development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
  7. Handle HR administration, including contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance matters.
  8. Work closely with department managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in an HR management or recruitment role.
  2. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  6. CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage.
