About the job

The global HCP VIE will support in developing and implementing of global HCP marketing strategy crafting a comprehensive, multi-channel engagement strategy that resonates deeply with key HCPs’ needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support in development and implementation of global HCP marketing strategy crafting a comprehensive, multi-channel engagement strategy that resonates deeply with key HCPs’ needs and preferences.
  2. Assist with the development and optimization of omni-channel campaigns and core advertising assets (websites, digital advertising, sales materials, trainings, etc.)
  3. Participate in the generation of market insights and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure success.
  4. Work closely with creative agencies to support all HCP (Healthcare professional) marketing assets and toolkits.
  5. Collaborate closely with country teams (including marketing, sales, and medical affairs) to maintain cohesive messaging and enhance brand memorability and accessibility across all interactions.
  6. Cultivate strong partnerships with HCP stakeholders, including Public Affairs and Science Hub, ensuring harmonization in medical and scientific engagement efforts.
  7. Conduct rigorous market trend analysis, assess brand performance, and benchmark against competitors, providing strategic recommendations to refine HCP marketing strategies and business approaches.
About you:
  1. Master in Marketing or Science.
  2. Experience in marketing roles in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Pharma industry.
  3. Previous experience working for an agency and/or a big corporation in HCP environment.
  4. A real team player.
  5. Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
  6. Having an eye for detail and be able to manage projects & admin tasks with precision.
  7. Able to navigate across cultures.
  8. Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization to positively impact business results.
  9. Strive for results and efficiency through taking ownership and being personally accountable.
  10. Structured and critical thinking, action planning and organizing, analytical, budgeting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  11. Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners.
