Car Sales Executive Required in Bromley

Are you passionate about cars and driven by sales success and finding your customers their new dream car? Join our client's family-run award-winning dealer group in Bromley as a Car Sales Executive to cope with increasing demand!

Pay: £21,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary + OTE Range of £40,000 - £60,000 (performance-based) + Company Car

Hours: 5 Days per week, with a day off during the week (No Sundays)

Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive with our client:

  1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.
  2. Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
  3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle range, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Negotiate sales and finalise transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.

Requirements Of This Car Sales Executive:

  1. Previous experience in car sales or a similar field is advantageous but not essential.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  5. Full UK driving license.
