To effectively plan all distribution operations on behalf of the retailer to continually strive to improve service and reduce cost.
To ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators through management of core processes and driving continuous improvement through efficient use of the company's physical and human assets.
To maximise the performance of the operation by directing daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Providing leadership, motivation, training, and development of the team, delivering against customer requirements and operational performance.
