We are looking for an outstanding, proven Procurement Manager to directly support in overseeing all procurement-related activities within Admiral Pioneer.

About the role
Please note: This role requires the successful candidate to work from the Cardiff office at least 2 days per week.
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to establish and lead an internal procurement function for Pioneer. This role requires a proactive leader who can build processes from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies and initiatives, managing internal stakeholders, negotiating directly with suppliers, and leading on the creation of contractual agreements.
You will be operating in an agile environment, working with a high degree of independence. In time, it’s likely the candidate will also be required to manage a small team, focusing on cost and quality optimisation, risk management, and group policy adherence.
