We have an exciting opportunity for you to grow your career within our dynamic Multinational Claims team, where you'll be at the forefront of cradle-to-grave claims handling across multiple lines of business.

Your new role

In this role, you'll take ownership of a dedicated caseload of UK claims for a diverse portfolio of Multinational customers, with claims values up to £500,000. As part of a collaborative and empowering environment, you'll efficiently manage these claims while partnering with colleagues and stakeholders around the globe. You'll also have oversight and authority over claims managed by our network of local offices internationally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage UK claims from start to settlement, prioritising new and ongoing work
  • Proactively assess liability and indemnity for all claims
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring fair and timely settlements
  • Oversee overseas claims under the Master policy, providing decision-making authority as needed
  • Support claims handling for international cases outside local network authority
  • Prepare ad-hoc claims reports for stakeholders when required
  • Manage a portfolio of major multinational customers, ensuring strong customer oversight
  • Be part of a top-tier claims team focused on quality service and support
  • Mentor and coach junior staff
About You

Skills you'll need:
  • Experience in handling cradle-to-grave claims within commercial lines. This could include experience with Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Marine, complex personal injury claims, Financial and Speciality Markets (FSM) or commercial property claims.
  • A desire to expand your knowledge to deal with multiple lines of business - full training can be provided.
  • Previous experience in a multinational insurance environment is preferred, but again, full training will be offered if needed.
  • Good investigation and negotiation skills, along with solid analytical abilities.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Comfortable with handling data, creating reports, and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
