Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Director - Human Resources will be to lead HR and organisational development, ED&I, project work with scope across the entire organisation and improve HR services.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Director - Human Resources will be a member of CIPD or equivalent, with extensive strategic HR management experience. You will previously have worked within the Public Sector/Political environment with proven success in leading HR and organisational development functions at a senior level in complex, high-profile organisations.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record in staff management, motivating teams to achieve high performance, particularly during organisational change whilst influencing and guiding Senior/Exec Stakeholders within an organisation.
What's on Offer
Initially this will be a 6-9 month FTC based on performance and scope to extend. Competitive Day rate paying between £800 - £1000 (inside IR35) depending on knowledge and experience.
