Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
Overseeing day to day running of Nexus, London, which is a 157,000 sq ft multi-let office building comprising 14 floors including two ground floor retail units.
High levels of Client Engagement and Customer services required, with good management of contractors, security staff, maintenance and cleaners as well as 3rd party contractors whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.
