Graduate / Junior Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
2. Collaborate with the product and development teams to design and implement new features.
3. Assist in Salesforce configuration and integration efforts.
4. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for Salesforce platforms.
5. Support Salesforce administration and troubleshooting.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of automation processes.
7. Stay updated on Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Skills & Experience:

1. A degree in Computer Science.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce platform features, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs (ideal but not essential).
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
5. A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for learning.

Desirable:

1. Any Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I).
2. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and CRM systems.
3. Experience with version control systems like Git.
4. Any experience with programming languages such as C# or Java.

This role is hybrid with 3 days on-site and involves a 2-stage interview process.
