Energy & Carbon Consultant

Hybrid London

Salary up to £40k

Our client is a well-established compliance business within the Construction Industry, and they are seeking an Energy Assessor to join their team. They have clients throughout the UK and work with residential, commercial, and public sector clients.

They have a 70-strong diverse team with a passion to create an outstanding service level that is second to none. They aid the design process and create an environment that is focused on the quality of living by using the expertise within the industry and delivering a service that will aid developers in an ever-changing industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Undertaking dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE.
  2. Conducting Part L compliance assessments.
  3. Performing overheating assessments (Part O, TM59, TM52).
  4. Carrying out operational energy assessments (TM54).
  5. Learning new areas within the building compliance sector.

Requirements:
  1. Working experience in the field.
  2. Based in the UK.

This position will be in the London office and will be a Hybrid role.
