Associate Quantity Surveyor

TwentyOne Build is delighted to be assisting a multi-disciplinary consultancy client in their search for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Glasgow.

Our client is a very well-established SME within the Scottish market, on track to achieve their best year to date! It is a very exciting time to join the team, as they continue to build upon their current services offering.

This opportunity has arisen on the back of securing a large amount of work across various sectors, including an outstanding success rate within the Higher Education sector.

Other sectors you can expect to be involved are: Commercial, Retail, Hotel & Leisure, Residential and Local Authority (+ many more).

Requirements:

1. Previous experience of working within a UK consultancy environment is essential
2. A solid understanding of the local Scottish market would be advantageous
3. NEC experience would be beneficial
4. Experience within one of the following sectors would be beneficial: Higher Education, Commercial, Retail, Hotel & Leisure, Residential or Local Authority
5. MRICS status is preferred, but not essential
6. Willingness to work on projects across the central belt

On offer:

1. Salary £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
