NetSuite Business Systems Manager

Location: Remote

Our SaaS NetSuite client is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Manager to optimise their systems and take ownership of their broader technology landscape. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between finance and IT, focusing on system administration, customisation, and process improvements. You will act as the primary liaison for system vendors and oversee the systems roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support, including roles and permissions, dashboards, and reports.
Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including saved searches, and reports.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
Ensure best practices is applied to ERP integrations from a NetSuite perspective.
Strong understanding of core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) and business processes.
Deliver effective user training and support adoption across teams.
Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and own the project roadmap.
Experience communicating with third-party vendors.

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of NetSuite experience.
Qualified accountant (or through experience).
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and core finance processes (Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, CRM).
Experience with saved searches, customisation, reporting, and dashboards.
Strong integration and automation skills.
Experience working in a global organisation and across different finance functions.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
