Multi Trade Plumber - Swindon

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a long-term contract or a permanent basis, for reactive works across multiple Social Housing sites in Swindon and surrounding areas.

The client wants previous experience in Social housing or similar domestic works.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, multi-skilled handyman work, plastering, and carpentry.
• Drive to job sites as required, maintaining a valid driving license.

Requirements:

• Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied domestic properties or social housing background.
• Use of PDAs or similar software to input works done in each property.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Social housing / local authority experience is a must.
• Full UK driving license.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.

Pay: Weekly pay on long-term contract spanning 12 months up to 4 years.

Contract Benefits:

• Van, fuel card, and insurance.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8 am - 4 pm
• Overtime paid at 1.5x.

Experience:

• Social housing / local authority: 3 years (preferred)
• Experience with using PDAs or other software to update works done in properties.
• Experience with processes.
• Plumbing: 5 years (required)
• Multi-trade: 3 years (preferred)
