Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Brand Research Manager to run our comprehensive Brand Research Programme. This role offers the opportunity to manage and enhance key research projects. This will include our monthly multi-market Brand & Communications (B&C) Tracker, quarterly Usage & Attitude (U&A) study, and market sizing research. You will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of these projects and will work closely with marketing agencies to ensure that the insights you provide directly influence business strategy and decisions. What you will be doing

• Overseeing periodic study launches
• Refining research tools and methodologies, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across different brands and markets.
• Creating insightful reports tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, brand and markets
• Driving the development and enhancement of our brand dashboard
• Partner with our marketing agencies to triangulate brand data with their own sources
• Ensure business leaders are informed and advised on key brand performance indicators and strategic opportunities
• Oversee research planning, project management, analysis and reporting, ensuring actionable insights are embedded within our organisation

Who we are looking for

• Have experience in all aspects of multi-market brand tracking research, including survey design and development, managing survey launches and fieldwork, data extraction, analysis and reporting
• Update and drive development of pre-populated Power BI dashboards to analyse customer data and extract compelling narratives
• Be a strategic thinker, able to connect data insights to business goals
• Have knowledge and experience of Excel, PowerPoint and proficient in Q Software or equivalent
