Job Title: Junior Data Analyst
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

1. Strong Excel skills - confident in working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data manipulation.

7. Interest in technology and data - a natural curiosity about working with systems and exploring reporting tools like Power BI or JET Reports.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Data Management (80%):
   Working predominantly with Excel to manage data into multiple platforms.
   Import and update data within Microsoft NAV, including product data, supplier and selling prices.
   Manage data on Magento, Amazon, eBay, and Formeo platforms.
   Prepare NHS formularies and develop pricing for tenders and contracts.
   Maintain data accuracy across all platforms and systems.
2. Reporting & Development (20%):
   Maintain, design, and implement automated reports using JET Reports.
   Support the development of the company's Power BI strategy.
   Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
   Assist in data-heavy projects, including future ERP/E-Commerce upgrades.
