Job Description

The Senior Corporate Solicitor will be:

Advising on a full range of corporate matters, including M&As and joint ventures.
Handling reorganisations, restructures, and disposals for clients across various sectors.
Developing strong client relationships and providing expert legal guidance.
Managing and mentoring junior team members while maintaining a high standard of work.
Contributing to the growth and success of the corporate department.

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Corporate Solicitor should be:

A solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law, ideally within an international law firm.
Experienced in M&As, disposals, restructures, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
Able to manage complex transactions and work with high-profile clients across multiple sectors.
Excellent communicator with strong client management skills.
Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take the next step in their legal career.
