Senior Software Engineer

Curated is excited to be partnered with an InsurTech Scale-Up building a new greenfield team and is seeking to hire a number of talented Senior Software Engineers from modern .Net & Azure backgrounds.

You'll be an early hire into a startup/scaleup environment, building world-class products at the forefront of innovation with the aim of disrupting the industry. Working on enterprise-level Ai & ML products, part of a larger Insurance enterprise, this opportunity boasts the flexibility and agility of a scale-up alongside the security, financial backing, and benefits of a global enterprise.

They're looking to build a number of teams, and looking for key strong engineers from modern .Net & Azure backgrounds who have worked in high-growth environments.

What we’re looking for:

5 years + experience in Software Engineering
Expertise in the modern .Net stack and Azure cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
Demonstrated ability to tackle large-scale, complex problems with innovative solutions and a pragmatic approach to delivery.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, with a focus on customer-centric development.
Passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and driving engineering best practices, such as TDD, pair programming, and performance optimization.
