As the Site Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing daily operations on the site as per the contract drawings and ensuring regular checks are carried out.
• Reviewing plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy.
• Ensuring that quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with the Client specification.
• Providing leadership and addressing any technical challenges that arise on site.
• Coordinating and conducting pre-start site surveys.
• Guaranteeing a timely handover of works and quality records without outstanding defects, in close collaboration with the Project Manager and installation teams.
• Maintaining and enforcing a high standard of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance on site.
• Leading in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site.

To be successful in this position you must:

• Have previous experience managing Civils Projects.
• Have a proven track record of overseeing and leading civil engineering projects.
• Possess a deep understanding of construction methods, Health & Safety, and legal regulations.
• Hold a valid CSCS card.
• Be flexible with the ability to travel nationwide.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with the capability to liaise effectively with the site-based team and Clients.
• Have the skill to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Demonstrate proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
