Role: Software Development Manager
Salary: £70k - £85k (12-month FTC)
Location: Hybrid | Nottingham

What you’ll do:

1. Own the roadmap & keep delivery on track
2. Bridge tech teams and execs
3. Drive agile delivery & performance
4. Spot blockers early, resolve fast
5. Foster a high-performing, accountable team

What you’ll need:

1. Solid understanding of modern software (think PHP, TypeScript, Angular)
2. Proven leadership in dev/test teams
3. Strong communication & organisational skills
4. Experience reporting risks, progress, and milestone
5. Experience in regulated sectors (finance, utilities, etc.)
