Award winning conference business seeks a highly talented sponsorship sales manager to join their high growth media business specialising in the finance industry.
Role: Business Development Manager
Generating new business, increasing pipeline and bringing on new prospects
Manage a number of existing accounts
Sell high-value sponsorship opportunities
Pitch clients over the phone and through face to face meetings
Attend competitor events
Consultative selling is a key part of this role, the right candidate should be able to sell creatively, through solution led selling
Profile of Candidate:
2 years + in b2b sponsorship sales - ideally expo sales experience
Strong account management capabilities
Degree educated ideally
Excellent communication skills
Successful track record achieving revenue targets
Someone with a consultative sales approach is a necessity here
