Payroll Business Development Managers

£35,000 - £90,000 basic salary + commission

UK Based | Remote role

In order to be considered you must have Payroll BD experience with a book of clients.

Do you have a knack for building strong client relationships, enjoying the thrill of every deal you close making a real impact to businesses?

The key word as a Payroll Business Development Manager is FLEXIBILITY!

Being fully remote means you can target businesses in your local area, you can prospect at home, you can generate your leads over the phone, and you can go out and meet your clients and close your sales however you see fit.

Where you are based doesn’t matter; you can even control the hours you work around your diary and what you have booked in with clients. As long as you’re bringing in the business, you will have total trust and respect.

All we require is a BDM with Payroll sales experience, who has their own book of clients.

What’s the Role?

As our BDM, you’ll be the driving force behind our payroll solutions, helping businesses streamline their payroll processes whilst boosting their bottom line. You’ll be hunting for new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals like a pro!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the payroll sector
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
  3. Demonstrating the value of our payroll solutions to businesses of all sizes
  4. Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  5. Smashing sales targets and earning fantastic commission for yourself!
