MFL Teacher

Location: Southend-on-Sea
Salary: £140 - £280 per day
Start Date: Immediately
Contract Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our secondary schools immediately, delivering high-quality language lessons that foster a love for learning. The Role:

1. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in one or more modern foreign languages across Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Inspire students to develop their language skills and cultural awareness.
3. Adapt teaching methods to suit students of all abilities and learning styles.
4. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop creative lesson plans and share best practices.

Requirements:

1. A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
2. Experience teaching French, Spanish, or another MFL at secondary school level.
3. A passion for languages and a commitment to student success.
4. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
5. An understanding of the UK secondary school curriculum and assessment methods.
