At Watford Community Housing, we provide vital services that help people to live better lives. We’re looking for a Resource Planner to join us in a fixed term capacity providing maternity cover to our resource planning team, assisting in the delivery of our reactive maintenance, domestic service, and breakdowns.
What’s the role?
We are looking for a Resource Planner to cover Maternity Leave for up to 12 months with the aim of taking on a fast-paced and integral role in the repairs department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised and values working as part of a team.

You will be customer-focused, with the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people. You’ll have an excellent grasp of a repairs/maintenance service function. You will have a background in customer services, and knowledge of the housing or construction sectors would be a distinct advantage.
