Qualifications

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support, sowohl persönlich als auch telefonisch.
  • Hohe Kundenservicefähigkeiten und starke schriftliche sowie mündliche Kommunikation.

Responsibilities

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für alle IT-bezogenen Probleme, sowohl eingehend als auch ausgehend.
  • Dokumentation und Protokollierung von Problemen mit dem internen Ticketingsystem.

Is it time for you to step into a new role? Do you want to be part of a Global Service Desk?

Working with a well-established Technology business just outside of Milton Keynes. They have just acquired another business and need to expand the Service Desk team to meet the new demand. As part of a global Service Desk, you will be looking after users across many countries and working closely with the US Team.

Can you support users on a 1st line basis with a strong customer service, follow SLAs, and know when to escalate tickets?

Responsibilities:
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will…

  • First point of contact for all IT related issues both inbound and outbound.
  • Document & log issues using internal ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within service levels, and escalate when needed.
  • Create knowledge base articles for the wider team.

Requirements:
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will need…

  • At least 2 years’ experience within IT Support both in person and over the phone.
  • Experience troubleshooting within a Windows based environment.
  • High level of customer service and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Efficient time management and multitasking skills.

Please note a full background check is required for this role; you will be SC Cleared once the background check is complete.
