This is an office-based role out of the North West; candidates require a background in HR from the Utilities, Construction, or related sectors. You will ideally have your CIPD qualification, but if you are currently studying towards it, then you would be encouraged to apply. The Person:

1. Experience within a HR role in the utilities, construction or related sector
2. CIPD or studying towards this
3. Ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders
