Family Solicitor/Legal Executive

Our client, a reputable and modern firm, is looking to hire a Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team based in the Telford area.

Solicitors or Legal Executives with solid Family experience who are NQ upwards will be considered for this role. Family experience is essential.

Duties:

1. Run your own caseload of varied family matters, including financial settlements and private law child applications.
2. Work to and achieve deadlines.
3. Liaise with all parties, including clients, professionals, and other third parties.
4. Provide legal advice.
5. Prepare for and attend court hearings.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Prior experience within Family Law is essential, with experience handling your own caseload.
2. Qualified Solicitor or CILEX, NQ upwards.
3. High attention to detail.
4. Strong IT skills.
5. Good communication and organisational skills.
6. Strong file management skills.
