A short-term case-holding role is now open in Greater Manchester for a stable Duty & Assessment team. Are you ready to step away from long-term cases and work in a professional, steady-tempered team?
In this role, you will handle a moderate caseload with complexity, supported by managers and colleagues to find solutions and manage your workload effectively, preventing burnout.
With several teams, expect a high turnaround on your cases. If focus is essential for you, the team offers some flexibility to work from home. Leaders in Care can help you find a suitable arrangement with the team managers.
