Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Account Handler at Apollo Insurance Brokers in Bury. The Commercial Account Handler will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial clients, managing renewals, providing excellent customer service, overseeing account management, and handling insurance brokerage tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- A minimum of 5 years commercial insurance experience in a similar role.
- Recent experience of the Acturis CRM application.
- Renewals and Account Management skills
- Customer Service proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of the various types of commercial insurance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse and assess client needs
