Technical Support Manager (Aladdin & eFront)

Role: Technical Support Manager (Aladdin & eFront)

Domain: Asset & Wealth Management

Location: London (hybrid, with regular travel)

Contract: 6 months (strong extension/perm scope)

X4 Technology are partnered with a leader in Asset & Wealth Management, offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Manager (Aladdin & eFront) to enhance post-go live support service for Aladdin and eFront clients, establishing and managing a comprehensive support service to ensure timely and efficient post-implementation assistance.

You'll enhance the managed service capability, developing a robust framework for day-to-day BAU support including ticketing, prioritisation, triage, resolution and coordination (both internally and externally) to ensure critical issues are routed to the appropriate teams or third-party vendors for swift resolution.

Requirements for the Technical Support Manager (Aladdin & eFront):

  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of Aladdin and/or eFront products, including their core functionalities, integration capabilities, customisation options and how they support investment management processes.
  • Prior experience building and enhancing managed services and/or technical support frameworks, including designing, implementing and optimising support structures to ensure efficient service delivery, SLA management, triage, escalations, etc.
  • Broader experience within asset management, wealth management, or a similar financial services domain, including a functional knowledge of key concepts within portfolio management, investment strategies, risk management, compliance regulations etc.
