Role: Technical Support Manager (Aladdin & eFront)

X4 Technology are partnered with a leader in Asset & Wealth Management, offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Manager (Aladdin & eFront) to enhance post-go live support service for Aladdin and eFront clients, establishing and managing a comprehensive support service to ensure timely and efficient post-implementation assistance.
You'll enhance the managed service capability, developing a robust framework for day-to-day BAU support including ticketing, prioritisation, triage, resolution and coordination (both internally and externally) to ensure critical issues are routed to the appropriate teams or third-party vendors for swift resolution.
